A Days (Monday and Thursday)

Honors Biology: Complete plant unit.

• 4/25: Notes on plant overview.  HW: Draw/label define parts: 30.5; Draw/label: 30-12 (all 3). Complete plant packet if not turned in.  Test Thurs on plant packet and drawings. Begin leaf collection assignment.
• 4/28: Test on plant packet, drawings. Lab: Flower dissection. HW: Work on leaf collection assignment

Medical Tech Essentials:Students will complete Excel spreadsheet project comparing countries on general health/well-being and begin a study of the eye.

Modeling and Simulations:  Students will begin visualization/simulation part of their project.

B Days (Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday)

Multimedia:  Students will finish their parody video and finish editing.

Medical Tech Essentials:  Same as A days.

Anatomy and Physiology:Complete study of the eye, its parts and its functions. Complete study of the ear, its parts and functions.

• Tues., 4/26: Quiz on eye parts and functions; Eye Disorder presentations;  Lab: Blind spot; Eye function
• Wed: 4/27: Activity - optical illusions/braille.  CW: Ear parts and functions HW: Study for quiz on ear parts and functions; Make "Ear Enhancer" - an attachment to your head/ear that allows you to hear better. Must be worn and stay in place 30 minutes.
• Friday, 4/29: Quiz on ear parts and functions.
